“I have been taking Nothing Fishy Omega 3 for about three years now. I really like the fact that it is not sourced from fish themselves, as most omega 3 is, but rather from the algae that the fish eat and in turn absorb the omega 3. It’s a no brainer, going straight to the algae, and not getting it second hand. I like to think it’s a purer, cleaner form of the valuable supplement, and I take two soft gels per day with my breakfast knowing that it is contributing to my heart health, as well as keeping my brain functioning properly and slowing down any visual deterioration with my eyes. I thoroughly recommend Nothing Fishy supplements, they take that extra step and source their vitamins and minerals sustainably and sensibly.”
