I ordered a personalised birthday card from “Whole in the middle” on your site. The cost of the card was £5.50. The order was placed on 3 July and was received on 11 July - Too late for friends birthday. Predicted delivery was 10 July at latest. ( It took 8 days for the card to reach me ) At that price, why couldn’t it have arrived sooner?SO disappointed! I have never had this problem with Not on the High St before.
