is a new UK electronic wallet supposedly open to 200 countries. I am Spanish citizen.
After being asked to perform a KYC which was impossible to complete because the system was in each try finally blocked, and receiving several messages from a lady of the company support insisting on the feasibility of the verification, I one day suddenly received an email from a different section, signed "Noveba team" with just the following statement: "We are unable to open you an account." Ridiculous (have any record of any kind, and I have two other UK bank accounts). I tried to have further explanation, but the email answer tool to the sender was blocked, and the lady never answered to me even if I was ever polite. I suspect this Russian/UK venture company behaves agains British and EU financial regulations as they do not take care of normal citizens rights, they are nor responsible. As they do not make difference between individual and business accounts as almost all digital banking wallet companies, maybe this could explain their lack of interest on regular citizens that maintain clear accountability of personal and business activities.
