I had an issue with the E-tag app on my phone and could not check my balance. When I called the call center for assistance, within a minute of waiting on the line, Mashoba helped me in a few seconds to get the issue sorted. He is friendly and know his job. It's great that there are employees like him who are helpful

as one of the small percentage of South Africans businesses that are paying etolls I find it an absolute joke that you make it so difficult for me to replace a faulty etag. No wonder your system is failing and no one is paying. The sooner this system fails the better!!
