First of all, you have to sign up for the plaftorm, create an account and after that you need to get in touch with the technical support for details. You can monetize your traffic by bringing new traders through your link. It doesn’t take a lot of efofrt to do it. If you have a trading community somewhere, for instance, on telegram, you will easily make $5000 bucks. Your traders will get beneficial trading conditions, so there won't be any problem with attracting your traders to the new platform.

yep, you can. I think most people here do it that way. Derivatives are more so for active daytrading

There are basically two accounts offered for CFD trading that mainly differ by the initial amount to invest in. Since the premium account has better spreads and less commission, it`s better for forex
