“I purchased two tires a couple of weeks ago. They inspected and recommended I replace the other two tires due to unusual wear indicative of a bad wheel alignment. The tires in question were purchased from NTB 10 months ago and with a wheel alignment being performed. They now state the wear on my tires are due to my car (Maserati), stating this occurs with my car even though an alignment is within spec, and literally stated I would need to purchase tires every year. I found the paperwork from my alignment and the "after" results were NOT within specs. Rather than tell me they couldn't meet spec (and recommend I go to the dealer), they sold me a year's worth of alignment.”
“2 hours for a plug. There are 3 other customers that have been here for as long as I have, if not longer. No one has gotten their service completed. I’m looking out the window into the shop, 5 employees, some drinking soda, some just talking, none working on tires.”
“My father went in to ask about a big tire carried by NTB. The workers were disrespectful and racist I believe and left my dad no choice but to leave the store. I went in myself to see the issue and me and my older brother were both disrespected. Last time I checked cursing can’t get you kicked out of a store but we did. Just because I am a minority, it does not mean I should be treated the way this store treated me. Stay away from this obtuse company and it’s employees.(Mike)”
