It's a scam company. Ordered a Blackmagic UltraStudio Mini Recorder on the 16-07-2000 & it has still not been shipped... Contacted DHL after being told by customer supports Sophie it had been sent only to be told by DHL they had no record of the item being sent.
DON'T expect to get anything you order as they will lie to you. I cannot recommend this in any way & suggest people look elsewhere. I have my suspicions that ANY positive review is fake. The worse experience I have ever had buying online.”
“Avoid Avoid Avoid.
Cancelled my order as realised car stereo would not fit. Cancelled 10 mins after ordering. They immediately sent me a cancellation confirmation. I contacted them a week later to say can I have my refund, they said we will ship good shortly. I said no I cancelled, cannot get a response, goods never arrived.”
