“I placed and paid for my order in July of this year 2020 and still haven’t received it. Nunude’s customer service is absolutely terrible, my emails have been passed from one employee to another and most of the time they don’t bother to reply at all. The last email from Joanne (the owner) confirmed that my order was originally sent out to me but immediately go sent back to the company for whatever reason. After about 2 months of not receiving my order I then had to make numerous enquirers to try and locate my package (Nunude was no help at all) eventually, Joanne confirmed to me by email that she is in fact in possession of my order for over a month now. We agreed to have it sent to a different address.. I asked her to send me the tracking info and to confirm when it is send. That was another two months ago and since then, despite numerous emails I haven’t heard anything more from her. At this stage I would just like her to do the right thing, reply to my emails and now because this is an order of over 100 pounds and was ordered and paid for in full 4 months ago- I would just like to have my money back and I would never have anything to do with Joanne, Nunude or her products again.
Please be warned. This company is certainly not ethical, caring or on the side of women, breast cancer, diversity or BLM as they show themselves to be.
I for one fit into all of these categories and I feel absolutely disappointed and disgusted that they are using these causes for financial gain.
