“Preordered Cryptopsy’s new album. Coming up on two weeks later after official physical/Digital release and I haven’t 1) gotten a shipping confirmation, delay email, a “were sorry for the hold up”. Zero correspondence. 2) no reply’s to any customer service emails unless I bother the German customer support. 3) no ability to log into my account to view my order. At this point I’m assuming I’ve been scammed. I’ll give it another few days and dispute this transaction with my credit card. Will also be cancelling all future preorders I have with them and/or disputing the charges once they’re inevitably not shipped to me.”
“After more than 1 monthv since the shipment of my order, has not yet arrived and when I asked them for a solution and after 2 weeks no news.
I used the paypal refund policy and NUCLEAR BLAST stole me 16Euro of the full price order.
EMP its Sub branch label was not trustworthy but Now NUCLEAR BLAST proved that they are even worse with a non existent Customer Service and a lack of good intentions towards the end customer.. No more orders throu NB will place”

Not only is their shipping expensive, their pre orders dont even ship until the week AFTER the album releases. Thats literally the opposite of preordering but they have no qualms about taking your money right away for delayed shipping on their own bands. Third party vendors deliver their products faster.
Nuclear Blast is uncommunicative and a joke. Such a shame so many good bands are under their poor service.
