“Did not receive my order and when I asked for a refund, through email as they don’t have a co tact number which is also very annoying, I never received a reply although I have orders twice from here, the first order was fine the second order never arrived!!”

“Number plates were delivered quickly but scratched on arrival. I originally thought it was just the plastic covering but upon fitting I discovered that the rear plate was in fact scratched”

“I sent an email complaining that one of the plates cracked as I was drilling one of the holes, I didn't feel that should have happened. I complained via email and was told I could order another, was hoping I'd be offered a free replacement or, at least, a discounted replacement.”

“Very quick and very simple! I do enjoy websites where it is neatly laid out and helps you to easily personalise your items which is one of the main reasons I used this company (as a first time buyer). Will definitely use your services again should I need a new number plate. Thanks, Aaron”
