“Order still not received. I have raised a complaint with Evri who have no idea where it is. Please consider using more reliable couriers as the product itself is good, but if we don't receive it, we are paying for nothing. UPDATE I finally received my delivery and my package was all bashed up. I hope I qualify for the complimentary boxes even though I'm not holding the items, just for the sheer experience.”

“Parcel was delivered quickly but the box wasn’t sealed leaving it vulnerable to tampering and loss. Tea bags are nicely presented in individual packets. Good flavour but leave quite a heavy powder residue in the bottom of the cup.”

“Though NutraTea products are not the tastiest or most affordable of herbal teas, they are innovative and unique. They contain natural ingredients that are indicated to have specific health benefits and are not found in any other tea brands. I really appreciate the range available and the thought and ayervedic knowledge that has been put into developing these teas. I also value being able to purchase products direct from independent UK businesses that are not linked to ugly, exploitative corporations or dependent on billionaire owned market platforms. Great packaging design too.”

“I've brought several Nutratea products. I've always been drawn to herbal treatments, and teas are a convenient way to reap the benefits of herbs. The packaging is lovely, and it contains a wealth of useful information to inform the user. I found it easy to purchase the tea online, although initially, there was a notice stating that adding my email address would result in a 10% discount, which was not reflected at checkout. Nonetheless, it was cheaper to buy the tea directly from Nutratea than from Amazon.”
