“Very,very disappointed as I have spent a lot of money on different teas only to find in small print in box they cannot be used if you have high blood pressure! I am particularly annoyed about the Lipid Tea, as I read in your advert that this is the one you recommend for high blood pressure, only to find, in the small print again, it should not be used with high blood pressure! Total and utter waste of money which I can ill afford to waste. I shall not be purchasing again”

“I enjoy NutraTea and a part of my weekly beverage regiment to aid various conditions/symtons. I can only afford to purchase in bulk when there's a sale so I stock up. The recent promotion 8/1/25 was very off-putting. It noted a 20% discount and free shipping promotion. My big order continued to add shipping to the order so I reached out to the company to inquire why, asking for a refund of the added shipping fees. The first responder credited me the shipping with an apology. The second reply was that due to shipping to the US, as a small company, could not absorb the shipping cost so they cancelled my order altogether. My beef is that they could have responed explaining their delimma/company policy and ask if I wished to continue ordering with the added shpping fees BEFORE they cancelled my order. I replied that I would like to continue with my order WITH the added shipping fees. So I proceeded to attempt to reroder but then the "one-time promotional code" no longer applicable. I reached out to the company yet again to inform them of this new issue so someone forwarded a less than the current promotional code - I believe it was only 15%. I again communicated that I wanted to order but should be eligible for at least the current 20% code and someone pushed my original order back through without givng me a heads up. Knowing I was paying more for an order that included the added shipping fees, to stay within my budget, my second order attempt was considerably less. This situation could have been avoided and I wouldn't have had all the aggrevation had the situation been more transparent and communicative! I feel the 2nd 15% code forwarded to me was a ditz - I was not worthy of the current 20% discount. I read the fine print on the email promotional communication and just didn't see that free shipping was not applicable outside of the UK. I was okay with that had that been intially explained, just not all the other steps that took place after. I am a small company as well but do not treat good paying customers with disrespect and nonsense.”
