Hello, how is it possible that a person is allowed to leave 2 fake negative reviews for the same things, one after the other? How many negatives can someone give to a particular business? https://www.reviews.co.uk/company-reviews/store/nutricentral-co-uk This Katie who left the last 2 negative reviews within minutes sent emails right after the order threatening to leave negative feedback if she did not get the order right away, her intention was all along to leave negative reviews, and I know that your company profits from asking sellers for money to reply or remove feedbacks, but I also know that it is against your policy to leave 2 negative reviews for same order. All I ask is to remove them, this person CLEARLY violated your policy, she is using multiple accounts to damage sellers profiles. If it was a mistake I can live with one negative review but you can see that she went the extra mile to leave 2 negative feedbacks. She is a scammer, wanted a full refund or free merchandise, and on top of it finds a way to violate Reviews.co.uk policy by using more than 1 name and account. Please have them removed, you know it was not right. If you need any additional information let me know, but the duplicate fake feedbacks have to go. Thank you Kind Regards, Zuzana
