“I have attended the Spots Nutrition Webinar with Antony Haynes and I have learned so many new incredible things on how to support athletes' performance! Lately, I have had many clients preparing for summer and excited back to work out. I found the webinar so interesting and useful for my practice. Very detailed and in dept! The presenter was so accommodating and very open to answering the quoestions in the end. I loved it!”

“Great dive into optimising body composition looking at how it can be measured, implications for "abnormal" body composition in terms of long term health conditions, an in depth look at key hormones that exert an influence along with exercise and nutritional strategies, and more. Lots of key information to take away and put into practice. Well presented and referenced.”
