“I've been trying to get in contact with them for a month. No one answers the phones or voicemails. When I sent a message on their website asking if anyone checks messages (my 3rd message as the one to the General Inquiry section and one to the Surrender section got ignored) they finally answered! Shocking! They don't answer to help, only to defend their ignorance. They say you have to send a message to their Gmail that's no where in their website. Maybe respond to messages sent through your messaging system on your website? No? That would make too much sense...”
