“I have purchased the goods at this shop via ebay and paid around 15GBP for the delivery to Germany. After a few days the good were "delivered" based on tracking information, however I have not received any package. I have checked my postbox a few times and also asked the neighbours and then contacted the seller proactively informing about the problem and asking to help researching the item and provide proof of delivery with a signature of the person who has received the goods. As a reply seller wrote me: "How could anyone else claim your package?
Ebay as well as Royal Mail & Deutche Post show successful delivery. If you have a problem then you need to contact Deutche Post", between the lines calling me a liar. I would advise anybody stay away from this shop, because if there is any problem you would not be able to count on any support.”
