I was interested in display sofa bed to be told I would have to pick it up myself ? It clearly stated free delivery the salesman was cheeky and unprofessional This is not anyway to treat a cash paying customer .

My experience was less than pleasant I found the salesman cheeky and unprofessional. I was interested in 2 sofas both were last display models. They were clearly marked free express delivery I asked about this he said I’d have to arrange delivery myself and could give a number of a man they use from the shop and it would probably cost around £50! I questioned this he said bit was only free delivery on an ordered sofa He went on to say the sofa had to have a ‘release date ‘not to worry be only couple of weeks as the sofa was needed to sell a new line of the same sofa I explained I needed it ASAP ! Is this anyway to treat a cash paying customer ? I walked out less than happy

Ordered many things from the store. 1. Sent two same sides of a couch and said I should of checked this earlier as I did not unwrap weeks later till I got my new home. Did replace it in the end after many calls and photo evidence. 2. Unwrapped the chair which was damaged-wood snapped, a week later sent someone to fix it who then said we cannot as it is a false claim and liability can not be proved. So I have a chair which is unusable which I’ve paid £1000 for, and there is nothing that I can do! I would strongly advise not to use the company or buy anything off of them as I will never use the company again!!!

Well they charged me £49 EXPRESS DELIVERY when in fact the order was delivered 9days later, at our request. When queried at Store in Stafford was told by male assistant. You will have to wait for 21 days for a new invoice to be issued and then have delivery. We paid cash.

Store staff were really helpful, communication was great regarding keeping up to date with delivery info. There was so much to choose from in the store and really pleased with the goods received. Quality is great and at a reasonable price in comparison to other high street brands
