Sad I had to give one star, customer service is awful, ive a damaged coffee table in a damaged box ( in hindsight I should not have taken delivery of it at all) and my emails are falling on deaf ears! I was asked to send photos which I did straight away, and they keep saying they haven't recieved them, ive sent same photos to two other email addresses and no issues it feels like they are fobbing me off..fuming and would never recommend

I do not recall being told when it would arrive, it just appeared, when I was not expecting it - although to counteract that concern, delivery time WAS swift over a bank holiday weekend.

As someone else has reported, the customer service is dreadful and they say they will pass on a message to find out when the delivery of an item is due rather than just giving you this simple information over the phone.

Absolutely discussing and terrible service!!!! delivered to my old address, partly dye to me making an error when placing a delivery, however they left my furniture piece outside on open street as no one lives at my old address.
