“ They have the worse customer service team ever! Who has time to take multiple photos and how do we know if wrong parts are in the package until we begin assembly?!? You provide the order details, they know what product needs parts, but fail to liaise with their supplier to provide the parts and just keep asking for more photos or a picture of the box. The box was disposed of weeks ago after taking delivery! Stay well away from this company! ”

“ The bedside table arrived damaged, I contacted them the same day as delivery and they asked me to send photos of the damaged item, the box it was packed in along with the code on the box. ”
