I lost all my savings within a week and was unable to withdraw any funds. After reporting the issue to Presley Jossie, I was eventually able to regain access to my money. It was an extremely stressful and challenging experience.

Losing my funds was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had. Thankfully, Mrs. Olivia and her team came through for me. They were fast, professional, and truly cared. I never thought I’d recover what I lost, but they made it happen.

I fell victim to a devastating crypto scam and lost $250,000. Despite reaching out to various companies, none could help. On December 24, 2024, I was contacted by someone named Anderson, who claimed he could recover unclaimed crypto. Sadly, clicking the link he provided resulted in further losses. IThe worst company iv ever dealt with. Leave broken furniture for 3 months won't refund and won't collect. Holly in customer services wouldn't put a manager on. Theives and scam artists

Absolutely shocking customer service. I am disgusted to be honest. I can only speak to a manager if I request it in writing. The refund team are email based only but you won't give out an email address and you don't have a complaints email address. This is not the way to run a business and treat customers!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Oakworld. I reported an issue with a damaged bedside table on December 20th and have been chasing them ever since. Despite repeatedly providing photos and requesting a full refund or replacement, the only response I received was on January 13th, offering a partial refund of just $20. The item has obvious scratches, and the offer is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and effort to resolve this matter is frustrating and reflects poorly on their customer care. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Bought a wardrobe which fell apart during the build. Sells itself as ‘oak’ when in fact it is the worst quality MDF. The composition of it was so cheap that there were gaps in the mdf - looked like sawdust glued together. The frame was unsafe. We threw it away.

It has been dishonest of this company to keep my money and demand more payments. Despite the fact that my initial payment was ineffective, they continue to want additional funds before permitting any withdrawals. I'm glad I found a reliable business like M E R S E Y H I P***C O M, which enabled me to recoup all of the money they were withholding.

“Because they will trade with a tiny quantity and then require a significant amount, investors should be cautioned about doing business with this site. Once the large amount is deposited, they will start to ignore your withdrawal and lock your accounts. They will keep asking for further deposits to unlock them, and so on. Prior to discovering this specialist I had written to them regarding my locked cash and had given up on ever getting my money returned. These exceptional staff supported me throughout the entire process till they were able to effectively get my money back.

They delivered incredibly subpar service. I couldn't get my money out. I had encountered an issue with them when I lost my transfer. After submitting a support ticket, I never heard back from them, and I was unable to receive my money back. The customer service never paid me any attention during the entire procedure. I'm grateful to MERSEYHIP. COM and their private team for getting everything back for me.

Items delivered quickly and products were good standard. However the service to get a awful, all i wanted was to update the address for the invoice, delivered to the same adress just needed to put the company name on it for the invoice and i was told it was company policy that it was not allowed, and then when i questioned this i was told the computer software cant update the profile, when i asked to escualte this i was told the Managing Directors wouldnt be able to do anything so they wouldnt pass my complaint further.

Terrible Customer Service - Avoid Oakworld I recently purchased an item from Oakworld, but due to a change of mind, I tried to return the box, which was completely unopened. What should have been a simple return process has turned into an absolute nightmare. It’s been 10 days since I first reached out, and I’m still waiting for a callback. Despite sending multiple emails and making several attempts to contact them, there has been no response from their customer service team. Their lack of communication and disregard for customers is astounding. A company that can’t even manage basic customer service like returns or refunds is a serious red flag. I highly recommend avoiding Oakworld unless you’re prepared for poor service and endless frustration.

Recently, I had a pretty bad encounter with a scam broker fortunately,madacovi. co was able to assist me. They helped me get my hard earn money back in a fast and professional manner. They also gave me some really useful tips on how to stay away from frauds going forward.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL !!!! I ordered a tv unit back in June, its not August and I still have not received my order. I've been told that it has been delivered even though the pictures are taken of it in the bottom of the foyer to my flat. Ita clearly states "required signature" dumped and left without my signature. Now my package is missing, I paid £209 for useless service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! Customer service are saying its not their fault and there will be no refund. Joke of a company. I'll be taking this further with a small claims court.

Avoid!! We bought a bench from Oak World which turned up in an unsatisfactory condition which means the arm of the bench would fail. After requesting a replacement we were offered £40 money back as compensation or them send a new arm. Neither did we want as the item was going to fail. We therefore asked to use their 30 day refund policy. The refund was agreed and told they would arrange uplift then they would process the refund. It’s now approaching 4 weeks later and numerous emails and still Oak World have not uplifted the item and therefore have not received a refund. We continue to contact them but we are told excuse after excuse. Also it would appear you can not speak to anyone as they are ‘online’ only.

Bit unusual, said Self assembly little did I know I’d have to make it up from the floor yes upwards with about 100 bits and pieces never purchased like this before and never will again.
