Whilst the shoe cabinet looks reasonably good, we are not entirely happy with it. (it is placed in a dim corner, in an open, understair, area) I do not recall being told when it would arrive, it just appeared, when I was not expecting it - although to counteract that concern, delivery time WAS swift over a bank holiday weekend.. There were two issue; the white surfaces were not even. In the slightly 'eggshell' surface, marks could be seen which indicated the surface was not evenly covered - including what appeared to be a group of fingerprints! The biggest problem, however, was the lack of magnets, to hold the doors open, as, without them, the 2 shoe doors just hang open! To avoid the doors hanging open whilst we waited for magnets to be sent, we had to buy and fit some - I assume they were 'missing' from the order! Incidentally I had been expecting a drawer at the top of the unit - it is not, it is just an open space, with a pull-down front to it, so not easy to find what you want, if you plan to fill it with hats and gloves!
