Terrible customer service. Bedroom cabinet arrived damaged. They tried to persuade me to accept it, for a discount. I refused. Eventually they sent a replacement. No apologies given. Still waiting for them to collect the damaged item. Customer services are slow or non-existent. Do not use the company!!

Sad I had to give one star, customer service is awful, ive a damaged coffee table in a damaged box ( in hindsight I should not have taken delivery of it at all) and my emails are falling on deaf ears! I was asked to send photos which I did straight away, and they keep saying they haven't recieved them, ive sent same photos to two other email addresses and no issues it feels like they are fobbing me off..fuming and would never recommend

Terrible chest of drawers. I ordered two of the same and two bedside tables. The tables and one chest of drawers arrived first. All of them damaged. It was such a difficult experience trying to get them to take it away as well as not wanting to accept the second chest of drawers arriving a few days later. The people on customer care were lovely it was the process of filling out numerous forms, uploading numerous photos and too many emails to mention. In a nutshell I will never use this company again. The quality was awful as well as each item being damaged 😖

impossible to assemble! i have had to pay someone to come and do it for me. the instructions were completely hopeless and who has a mallet handy to knock bits into self assemble furniture??!! this should have been made clear before purchasing as i wouldn't have ordered anything that was so hard to assemble

I engaged their services, hoping for investment and professional guidance, but I was let down when my experience didn't meet those hopes. I suffered a loss of $18,500 in less than a month, which was incredibly frustrating. Looking back, I realized I should have done more research before proceeding. Nevertheless, I'm thankful that I reached out to Mr Erin and his team; they offered timely assistance that helped me reclaim my funds. Mr Erin support was invaluable and deeply appreciated.

Here's a list of issues with just one order: 1. Delivery arrived - a single bed - without assembly instructions. 2. After tracking down their sales team, an operator emailed me the instructions in the form of four jpegs, which is hardly the best way to follow complex assembly. 3. The instructions were full of typos and had clearly been translated from another language. 4. Sockets in the parts for wooden dowels were the wrong size. 5. Bolts were too long for the implied wood and went straight through. 6. Pieces were not labelled and for at least two main pieces it is impossible to tell which is which. 7. I asked for refund and was told that it was my fault for using the wrong bolts. Oakworld admitted the instructions were not clear but nevertheless they do not want to refund me. They did not commment on the other problems such as missing instructions or wrong sized sockets. The wooden parts themselves are good quality but the other problems listed above rendered the pack unusable.

I lost all my savings within a week and was unable to withdraw any funds. After reporting the issue to Presley Jossie, I was eventually able to regain access to my money. It was an extremely stressful and challenging experience.

Losing my funds was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had. Thankfully, Mrs. Olivia and her team came through for me. They were fast, professional, and truly cared. I never thought I’d recover what I lost, but they made it happen.

IThe worst company iv ever dealt with. Leave broken furniture for 3 months won't refund and won't collect. Holly in customer services wouldn't put a manager on. Theives and scam artists

Absolutely shocking customer service. I am disgusted to be honest. I can only speak to a manager if I request it in writing. The refund team are email based only but you won't give out an email address and you don't have a complaints email address. This is not the way to run a business and treat customers!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Oakworld. I reported an issue with a damaged bedside table on December 20th and have been chasing them ever since. Despite repeatedly providing photos and requesting a full refund or replacement, the only response I received was on January 13th, offering a partial refund of just $20. The item has obvious scratches, and the offer is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and effort to resolve this matter is frustrating and reflects poorly on their customer care. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Bought a wardrobe which fell apart during the build. Sells itself as ‘oak’ when in fact it is the worst quality MDF. The composition of it was so cheap that there were gaps in the mdf - looked like sawdust glued together. The frame was unsafe. We threw it away.

They delivered incredibly subpar service. I couldn't get my money out. I had encountered an issue with them when I lost my transfer. After submitting a support ticket, I never heard back from them, and I was unable to receive my money back. The customer service never paid me any attention during the entire procedure. I'm grateful to MERSEYHIP. COM and their private team for getting everything back for me.

Items delivered quickly and products were good standard. However the service to get a awful, all i wanted was to update the address for the invoice, delivered to the same adress just needed to put the company name on it for the invoice and i was told it was company policy that it was not allowed, and then when i questioned this i was told the computer software cant update the profile, when i asked to escualte this i was told the Managing Directors wouldnt be able to do anything so they wouldnt pass my complaint further.

Terrible Customer Service - Avoid Oakworld I recently purchased an item from Oakworld, but due to a change of mind, I tried to return the box, which was completely unopened. What should have been a simple return process has turned into an absolute nightmare. It’s been 10 days since I first reached out, and I’m still waiting for a callback. Despite sending multiple emails and making several attempts to contact them, there has been no response from their customer service team. Their lack of communication and disregard for customers is astounding. A company that can’t even manage basic customer service like returns or refunds is a serious red flag. I highly recommend avoiding Oakworld unless you’re prepared for poor service and endless frustration.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL !!!! I ordered a tv unit back in June, its not August and I still have not received my order. I've been told that it has been delivered even though the pictures are taken of it in the bottom of the foyer to my flat. Ita clearly states "required signature" dumped and left without my signature. Now my package is missing, I paid £209 for useless service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!! Customer service are saying its not their fault and there will be no refund. Joke of a company. I'll be taking this further with a small claims court.
