Customer Service - Bad

They have the worse customer service team ever! Who has time to take multiple photos and how do we know if wrong parts are in the package until we begin assembly?!? You provide the order details, they know what product needs parts, but fail to liaise with their supplier to provide the parts and just keep asking for more photos or a picture of the box.

will be honest and say that the products are good and a fair price, what does let the whole company down is their customers service.

I bought oak bedroom furniture and the bedside cabinet has the side panel not on just loose in the box. It had not been stapled on and glued. Contacted OakWorld, they said take photos of the problem, box packaged in and order no and they would exchange it. Sent photos and got no reply. Phoned up and was told they had sent an email requesting that I sent a photo of the damaged item in the box ready to be returned, I have not received an email but I have sent a photo and phoned again but have heard nothing Really bad customer service All I want is the item exchanged

Terrible customer service. Bedroom cabinet arrived damaged. They tried to persuade me to accept it, for a discount. I refused. Eventually they sent a replacement. No apologies given. Still waiting for them to collect the damaged item. Customer services are slow or non-existent. Do not use the company!!

Sad I had to give one star, customer service is awful, ive a damaged coffee table in a damaged box ( in hindsight I should not have taken delivery of it at all) and my emails are falling on deaf ears! I was asked to send photos which I did straight away, and they keep saying they haven't recieved them, ive sent same photos to two other email addresses and no issues it feels like they are fobbing me off..fuming and would never recommend

Contact their customer service and deal with Heidi who is about as helpful as a chocolate teapot.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I am disgusted to be honest. I can only speak to a manager if I request it in writing. The refund team are email based only but you won't give out an email address and you don't have a complaints email address. This is not the way to run a business and treat customers!
