Terrible customer service. Bedroom cabinet arrived damaged. They tried to persuade me to accept it, for a discount. I refused. Eventually they sent a replacement. No apologies given. Still waiting for them to collect the damaged item.
Customer services are slow or non-existent. Do not use the company!!

Sad I had to give one star, customer service is awful, ive a damaged coffee table in a damaged box ( in hindsight I should not have taken delivery of it at all) and my emails are falling on deaf ears! I was asked to send photos which I did straight away, and they keep saying they haven't recieved them, ive sent same photos to two other email addresses and no issues it feels like they are fobbing me off..fuming and would never recommend

Absolutely shocking customer service.
I am disgusted to be honest. I can only speak to a manager if I request it in writing. The refund team are email based only but you won't give out an email address and you don't have a complaints email address. This is not the way to run a business and treat customers!

They delivered incredibly subpar service. I couldn't get my money out. I had encountered an issue with them when I lost my transfer. After submitting a support ticket, I never heard back from them, and I was unable to receive my money back. The customer service never paid me any attention during the entire procedure. I'm grateful to MERSEYHIP. COM and their private team for getting everything back for me.

However the service to get a awful, all i wanted was to update the address for the invoice, delivered to the same adress just needed to put the company name on it for the invoice and i was told it was company policy that it was not allowed, and then when i questioned this i was told the computer software cant update the profile, when i asked to escualte this i was told the Managing Directors wouldnt be able to do anything so they wouldnt pass my complaint further.
