“I recently used O’Brien’s Electrical for the relocation of my electricity meter and associated upgrade works as part of a loft conversion project, and I could not be happier with the service I received. From the outset, Darren O’Brien was excellent to deal with. He visited the property, took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve, and clearly explained the options available and the work required to make it happen. He also logically explained the rationale behind upgrading the electrical supply to the flat, which made complete sense once he talked me through it. Following the visit, he provided a fair and reasonable quotation within a reasonable timeframe, which also included a full inspection and testing of the electrical installation. Darren was patient and accommodating while I coordinated dates, and arranging the work was straightforward and hassle-free. The work itself was carried out by Blaine and Daniel, who were both outstanding. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous and respectful throughout, and kept the work area clean and tidy. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered every question I had, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. Most importantly, they stayed until the job was fully completed rather than rushing off, and they carried out a full round of testing once everything had been finished. During the testing process, they identified a couple of unrelated issues with the existing electrical installation. This was handled exactly as outlined in the original quotation: the issues were clearly explained, there was no pressure whatsoever, and they will provide separate quotations for any remedial work should I choose to proceed. Everything was transparent, professional and above board from start to finish. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending O’Brien’s Electrical to anyone looking for electrical work. A genuinely excellent experience from first contact through to completion.”

“As a firm, we had an emergency electrical requirement and needed the work to be done out of normal office hours. We found this was not a problem for O'Briens Electrical Limited who were both thorough and efficient. On later discovering a minor problem they sent an electrician out the same day and the problem was quickly rectified - would definitely recommend.”
