Obvi customer service was pleasant. However, I have yet to receive my order. I didn't receive the first order and sent an email two days after the original delivery date, in case shipment was delayed. Two days later, I still didn't receive the order. A rep offered to send me another package since.i didn't receive the first one. But, I have yet to receive the second package.

My order was confirmed and first payment was made on March 26th, my second payment is due on the 8th and I still have not received my product so at this time I am not real happy with the customer service my second payment is going to be due before I even received the product

Poor customer service. Sent emails and made phone calls which I left messages and noone ever replied to either about my order. Finally received my order and one container was smashed and my product loose in envelope. Items cost to much to receive like this.
