“When my order arrived it was incorrect. However, I emailed Ocean Saver and a quick response was received. I was given an apology and told that the warehouse would send out the rest of my order. I haven’t received it yet, but it is less than a week ago.”

“Not too impressed as yet. Used twice and each time your product ended up in a clump on washing machine rubber door.”

“The washing sheets don’t seem to be very effective, even when using a whole sheet on a small load. Hasn’t removed food stains, blood, or general dirt on white clothes. Not for me, we need something more effective. Sprays / anti seem ok.”

“I've only started using the Anti-Bac one yet, although I love the idea of using these pods to recycle old plastic containers I'm not a fan of the smell, which is a main reason I like when cleaning is to have the house smelling fresh and clean, I'm afraid these pods don't leave any scent at all so I doubt I will purchase anymore in the future.”

“The products work and do reduce plastic if you have the aluminium sprays. However, when ordering refills instead of getting a pack of refills they come individually wrapped in cardboard boxes with plastic labels for the spray cans. This is a lot of unnecessary packaging.”

“The antibacterial spray is amazing and the wood floor cleaner is good however, the window cleaner and bathroom cleaner don’t do anything, it’s like coloured water. The concept is amazing and I will definitely continue to buy refills for the first two however, I cancelled my subscription as it came with no reminder and I hadn’t even started my last box! Most companies give you a few days notice now so you can delay if necessary. The other think that I find frustrating (and reasonably new) is that there is a bottle sticker in every box- surely this is plastic? What a waste when I am trying to avoid plastic! Correct me if I am wrong… Very reasonably priced with a few issues.”

“Unfortunately, the bottles you supplied leak and leave a pink residue around them (I used the bathroom one), this means the spray action is minimal to non existent. I will try the other bottles but have been discouraged but the experience so far, sorry!”

“Like the actual product unfortunately the two spray bottles I have used have both clogged up and won't spray anything out of them, I'm now going to have to replace them with new ones that's more plactic being thrown away which defeats the object.”

“I had to wait over a week for delivery (apparently stock shortages) then 2 of the spray bottles would not work at all . The actual products seem efficient enough although the scent is not strong . Altogether left a bit disappointed !”
