“I made an appointment with them to visit my property and give me an accurate quote on scaffolding. The individual told me, via a text message to confirm it, that he will come on Friday afternoon. He didn't turn up, didn't even notify me. He then messages me the next day, Saturday, as if nothing happened and told me he will come over after his job. Again, never turned up. Very unprofessional. If he can't even make an appointment, how am I meant to trust him turning up and putting up scaffolding when I need it!?”
