“They totally ignored my messages. It became clear that I would have a hard time getting my money back. I was frustrated and unsure of what to do, so I confided in my mother about my situation. They advised me to inform Resorus.com. of the issue immediately. Despite my mistrust, I chose to accept her guidance. Being able to receive my money back in less than a week was a relief.
