My call was answered quickly and the identity checking process was carried out smoothly. My request to continue my account with Octopus following a house move was completed with speed. A request for the installation of smart meters was also carried out easily. Great service, thank you.

Amaan was extremely helpful today. Recognised my problem offered to put in place a course of action to correct problem with smart meter. As always the customer service personnel are extremely professional, helpful and polite and friendly. Well done and a Merry Christmas to you all.

What can I say, Joy left me speechless after helping my me with my Autistic sons account. Talk about listening to you. The first agent i spoke to was also very good and did everything he could to assist us. Best customer service experience ive had in years, they listened, put in place what was needed and most importantly followed through to a conclusion.

I was concerned about the numbers I was seeing on my Smart Meter so I called Octopus to discuss options. I spoke to Lucy who was absolutely brilliant. She allayed my concerns and reviewed my account thoroughly to see if there were any better tarriffs available as well as providing helpful aids such as energy saving tips. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
