“The people you talk to are fine, but I have been a loyal Limitless member for 4 years. For the past 4/5 months, I have been asked to change my payment method, as they were moving away from the direct debit. I have tried to update my details so many times, but their website didn't work, and they were aware of it. However, in all these months, they "didn't manage to fix" the platform. The only solution for me to continue using Odeon was to unsubscibe and sign-in again. With it, losing the 4 years streak I had, as well as the use of my physical card, which I still use a lot, as I hate using my smartphone for this. They essentially kicked me out (after being a loyal customer), and asked me to do the work out of my free time to sign-in again, and lose a lot of things I cared about. I am really disappointed, as otherwise, it's been a great service. I am looking for another cinema chain to change to.”
“Horrible customer service. My Limitless seems to be a scam played to keep the customers pay for 3 months with poor digital services and horrible applications. I took my Limitless in December and in the three months I was only able to book 8 movies where I tried to book atleast 20 or more. This app doesn't support any devices well, always crashing, many errors to which the time is wasted. "Discounted tickets can be booked only after an hour" this is the message that comes frequently without any previous try. I believed that it could be a glitch but when reported to the customer care center via Chat, Facebook and email all they did was deny the fact that the application is bad and kept telling about the booking I was able to make not the ones I couldn't make.
The promise of Unlimited movie experience is a scam played by this movie company and totally an unethical one.”
“My 14 yo daughter on her first trip to Odeon Edinburgh West End was charged adult price of £14 to see Spiderman movie. When purchasing her ticket from a staff member they asked her age and she replied correctly 14 .... She was charged £14. on checking the website it clearly states a child is "14 years and under".
I raised a complaint online but no one responds. Ripping off children is appalling!! Best to avoid ODEON.”
“Don't buy gift cards - cannot use them to purchase limitless membership. Went to book online and site kept falling over. Couldn't get through to any customer service (chat, phone, twitter - all not working). Only option was to send a message via a form. Is this really how companies think customer service works in 2021???”

You can have a meal deal but you can either have a small cup with it that you can’t refill or pay an extra 50p to get an ice blast cup.

“Absolute disgrace. Been trying to contact them since the day i applied for membership as i very quickly realised i cant even book tickets on the app as it doesnt work, nor theres anything to see!!! No way of contacting them at all so i cancelled my direct debit so i wouldnt get charged anymore and now im getting an administration fee added every week with letters threatening to increase this fee every week. Im dont want to be in debt but now i cannot go to cinema, i cannot cancel the limitless and i am getting an extra 10er added to my bill every week. What a joke. I dont even know what to do anymore with this and this stress is really not necesarry. If they cannot function as a company after covid, dont even open up and start selling false limitless when you do not have basic customer service staff to run your business.”
“As Covid19 the Cinemas have closed and I have had 2 limitless accounts since 2016 and because I didn't pay in March due to there policy.
They have now cancelled both accounts.
Absolute waste of space may aswell bang your head on a brick wall.
Every email I send to this Rosie H in Limitless centre never offers a solution doesn't care about the customers just the money.

And it does state that limitless memberships will be paused so why on earth would it matter about the direct debit when they are not going to take any money until reopen after the Lockdown.
