“Absolute disgrace. Been trying to contact them since the day i applied for membership as i very quickly realised i cant even book tickets on the app as it doesnt work, nor theres anything to see!!! No way of contacting them at all so i cancelled my direct debit so i wouldnt get charged anymore and now im getting an administration fee added every week with letters threatening to increase this fee every week. Im dont want to be in debt but now i cannot go to cinema, i cannot cancel the limitless and i am getting an extra 10er added to my bill every week. What a joke. I dont even know what to do anymore with this and this stress is really not necesarry. If they cannot function as a company after covid, dont even open up and start selling false limitless when you do not have basic customer service staff to run your business.”
“As Covid19 the Cinemas have closed and I have had 2 limitless accounts since 2016 and because I didn't pay in March due to there policy.
They have now cancelled both accounts.

And it does state that limitless memberships will be paused so why on earth would it matter about the direct debit when they are not going to take any money until reopen after the Lockdown.
