“Issue with delivery where the delivery company smashed a bottle and cracked another. Resulted in 2 out of the 3 needing to be replaced. Customer services resolved this within 24 hours after sending an email. Amazing service. However, phone number on website is a in known number and live chat seems to always be closed. These are the only reasons I would t give it 5 stars.”

But do note delivery through Royal Mail relays in your post person being responsible and doing the job properly - order left in box near house without notification. Had to search for it days later.”
“Really like quality of goods and speed of delivery. Regularly order from here. Only frustration is when free delivery is from £50 but product priced at £24.90 so ordering 2 you miss by £0.20!!”
“The prices are still quite high but the products are unique. However someone needs to grab the Marketing Dept by the ears and query the so called special offers, almost always self advertising, as supposed inducements to buy any of the products....there is no incentive in most cases.
On the positive side I ordered two jars last week and they were received safely and well packaged within 48 hours....Great service.”
