Not only do we make it clear in our terms that you may need to complete the verification process, you must confirm you have read and understood that information before you are allowed to join. As per the terms you confirmed had read, understood and acccepted prior to being allowed to join: "We reserve the right to ask members for an address confirmation document at any time to confirm that a valid account has been registered. This can be done as part of account spot checks or where we feel it is required help reduce the risk of fraudulent activity on our site. Payment will be held until the member is fully verified or indefinitely if no address confirmation document is provided. By accepting our terms and site policy you acknowledge this information may be requested at any time and that failure to provide it will result no payment being due until it is received and verified. If the information for name/address verification provided does not match what is registered and held on the account, then you acknowledge that the account will be terminated with the loss of any balance on the account." It seems strange that having confirmed you had read, understood and accepted that requirement before being allowed to join, you now make false claims that you were not informed, as that is clearly inaccurate. This type of check will be required by any site like ours which will send payments to help prevent fraud and money laundering. We would suggest you review the terms of any other sites you join to ensure that you fully understand the requirements in future. Offernation.com

Survey scores are provided, monitored and maintained by a few of the survey providers we use. They base their survey scores on the quality of the previous surveys and activity you have submitted. A low survey score come from a number of reasons, for example: - Information you have provided is of very low quality, - Surveys aren't being completed correctly - Information within the surveys is inconsistent - Surveys are being speed completed resulting in them being unusable etc..... The number of surveys available will decrease if your survey score is poor as your past history shows that are not a person who can provide complete and accurate surveys. They are therefore not willing to provide you with any more surveys. To therefore rate us 1* because you are failing to provide reasonable quality replies is ludicrous. What we can do is provide opportunities to surveys, and send payment when you request them. There are thousands of opportunities each week for people who do provide reasonable and useable surveys, which you no doubt had access to initially based on the earnings you've had with us, and as i'm sure you can confirm all of your payment requests made following the result of receiving credit for those surveys have been sent within 8 hours of being requested. If you therefore wish to offer a proper review, please make sure you review the service we provide that we are responsible for , instead of the issues you have as a result of your actions.
