“ After asking for an SMS verification, and getting your money from your bank account, or debit card, they will block the transaction and request you to send them a passport, a selfie, and a picture of the card you used. I canceled my order and requested a refund, by far the worst experience online. ”

My card was fraudulently used on their site to buy gift cards, I emailed them showing proof that my card was fraudulently used and that the person using my card didn't use my name! They said they can't refund me per their return policy! That's all good and well if I actually bought the cards from you if my card was fraudulently used what has a return policy got to do with anything! They are scammers but my bank will get my funds back and they will have to pay a chargeback fee too. ”
