“Office Finder puts you in touch with a commercial real estate professional that is going to represent you in your office lease relocation or renewal negotiations. Without this professional, the tenant has not idea what they should be asking for. Being professionally represented in every office lease you negotiate is the only want to make sure you have not only an acceptable market lease rate, but that you have also asked for the incentives that market says you should get like, free rent, moving allowances, cabling allowances, free parking, tenant finish money. Best of all, there is no cost to the tenant to be represented! Fees are paid by the landlord and split between the landlords and the tenants broker.”
