“I believe the product I ordered will be okay but I ordered it from Australia and paid via paypal. Its for my sister's birthday so the delivery address is hers. I had to tell your website that I live there as it would not accept an Australian address though it took my money easily enough. I would have liked to add a greeting too but that was not an option. I ordered via you rather through Amazon in order to support a UK business but I think Amazon would have done a better job with a gift. Hope this feedback is useful for you.”

“The item was purchased as a Christmas gift for my partner Julie. It was delivered today by TNT, the driver brought to my attention that the box was damaged and repackaged by TNT. Upon opening the box I was very disappointed to find that the item was damaged. One of the hand grips with as broken, the plastic on the end had pieces broken off and the end plate had fallen off. This is hardly surprising given that the box in which it was packed was barely big enough for the item and had no protective bubble wrap or the equivalent to protect the goods in transit. Working in a warehouse and environment I would suggest that in future more care be taken in packaging of goods to avoid disappointed customers.”
