“Purchased hoverboard and kart for Xmas present, paid for next day delivery and item did not arrive , panicked and phoned company , no answer just message stating couldn’t take calls due to covid. Very concerned site was dodgy and present from Santa so very stressed, emailed company and as stated received response 48hours later with full update, item was not in stock until 15/12 and delivered next day, arrived in perfect condition excellent quality. Shame no one able to answer phones after taking a lot of money (£320) but in end all worked out and good response from email”

“Great! We bought my son the board and kart bundle because we were worried that the hoverboard alone would be too difficult and dangerous. He’s only 7. In actual fact, he loves the board and picked it up really quickly. He hasn’t stopped riding it since Christmas Day! The lights are cool and the run time on the battery seems great so far.”

“Out of the box, my product required a reset/recalibration - this was easy to do and as soon as I completed this, it was ready to use. Surprisingly easy to use, when you actually think about what is going on internally with gyros and motors to make it all work, it's pretty amazing! Kudos to the engineers that designed this and turned it into a commercial reality. Great bit of kit, lots of fun for the family scooting around the garden!”
