“Ordered the Hooverboard attachment on 24th November, it is now 15th December and still nothing, your delivery and postage is a total lie. I have sent 2 emails and still no response to either and tried to call but all lines are closed due to covid. I am absolutely gutted as this was my sons main gift for Christmas, i do not see it arriving any time soon either.”

“Failure To deliver order, failure To return emails, success in taking money from my account and not delivering. Success in charging £20.00 for a Sunday delivery service that never arrives.”
