“Purchased 2 items. Medium too small for 115 lb, size 8 - 10 wife. Asked for return approval a week ago has still not been approved.”

“I ordered the item on Friday July 14th and received an email that it had shipped the same day. According to tracking, it is in Miami; the shipping address is in upstate New York. No idea if and when it will arrive. I would be happy to write another review if and when the item is ever delivered.”

“I have yet to get a notification that my order has been shipped. I even wrote an email about it and haven’t gotten a response. I’m actually quite frustrated about it since I need the lingerie for a couple partners for next weekend.”

“Very poor customer service. Requested a return, have not heard back in over 2 days. Material very inferior, overpriced and sizes run small. Will not order again, possibly will have 2 items that I can’t wear or return.”

“1 star for poor customer service. My wife and I decided to shop here (having gotten fed up with @m@zon) because we had heard the quality was decent and they had a good return policy. When we sent in a return request because the arms did not fit her correctly it was denied. Do not believe what you hear about returning things. You have to send a request to them and then they will approve whether or not to accept your return and send you the mailing information to send it back.”
