“Alicante Airport. Waited over an hour for their shuttle bus to their off airport office, then waited another 45 mins to be processed. As is usual - them taping in info we already provided during the online booking process, to then be given a car we had not requested. Return was another nightmare. They moved from off-airport to on airport in an open space that looked like it had been condemned with barely no signage in a dark corner of the car park. An email on their new location was sent to me 6 hours after I returned to UK! I have complained to them by email and across social media. As expected no response. NOT OK!”
