Online Home Shop did not send out my item until after the due delivery date. When it was finally shipped it was immediately returned to the sender by the courier (Yodel) because it was in such poor condition. It's been 10 days and no item and no refund. Avoid these chancers like the plague!

£9 next day delivery for them to of not even passed the goods over to the courier on the 3rd day?
Why offer and plug this great next day service when they can't stick to it and IGNORE CUSTOMERS.
