Awful awful awful! The pillow is rock hard and made my neck and head pain worse. The “money back guarantee” is a joke. Customer is responsible for shipping back to China and IF they accept your return you then might get your money back. Customer service will go rounds with you offering no higher than a 50% refund without having to return the pillow on your dime. What. A. Joke! Do yourself a favor and skip this purchase. Not worth it.

Update on my recent order… I placed my order on November 20th. Today is January 21st. My order has been stuck in NJ since Dec 3rd. The last customer service rep said “be patient, it should arrive soon.” How long does it take to either issue a refund ( which this company refuses to) or to send another pillow? Total scam!!! Pathetic service. Buyers beware.

Zero stars. Order placed November 25 and have not received as of January 6. When I reach out to customer service, same answer every time. "Leave it with us and I will follow up with the delivery company". No followup and no response, no pillows either. Tracking updated to the border, but nothing after the order apparently cleared customs. SCAM

Everything went wrong! Never got order by Christmas and ordered Dec 9th Never resolved helped ! 7 -8 attempts!! Pre fab letter and no action!! They should be out of biz ! It was Christmas. Really ?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. A TOTAL SCAM! I placed an order on 11/8. After waiting almost four weeks of checking the tracking progress, earlier this week I decided to reach out to the company to check the status of my order. The reply I received was “give it a few days then get back to us”. Today (December 27th) I reached out to them again and requested a refund. I was told the item reached the local carrier in New Jersey. What’s funny is… the item has been at the local carrier since December 3rd. I have now opened a claim with my credit card company. A pathetic business with pathetic customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased 2 pillows and a sciatica leg pillow. After reaching out to them about their tracking, I did finally receive two of my pillows but not the sciatica one. I asked them REPEATEDLY about this, but they will not even respond to my messages now. Save yourself a headache and don't do it!

Untrustworthy. I wrote a negative (but polite) review about a product I purchased on the site. They did not publish it nor contact me about it. The product only has lofty reviews. I suspect that they filter out the bad reviews to drive more sales. Watch out before purchasing, check out other product review sites. The Onatero customer service team is terrible. They respond very quickly to your email but always avoid addressing your issue. After 3 or 4 additional emails, you finally get an answer (if you are lucky). I hate the whole experience with this site.
