“If I didn't have to give this company 1 star (very poor) to write a review I would have given it zero stars. My wife and I bought two Test to Release test kits from a company provider recommended on the Government Covid 19 website. We received the test kits from the provider in good time but were required to send the swabs by post to Oncologica in Cambridge on 'day 5', which we did. Royal Mail confirmed that Onilogica received the test kits on the morning of day 6. This was two weeks ago and we still do not have our results. When we contacted them they said that they could only communicate with the provider. When we contacted the provider they said that there is nothing that they can do and that we should contact the laboratory (Oncologica). We have since contacted both these entities on numerous occasions and have either been given the complete runaround or been totally ignored. The undisputable fact is that Oncologica received the test swabs (Royal Mail has confirmed this in writing). There is therefore no reason that I can see why they have not processed the swabs and provided us with the results. I can only assume that they never had any intention of processing the swabs and have just pocketed the proceeds. This is a complete scam and they continue to get away with it. It is scandalous.”
