“Purchased 2 boxes of crisps. Received the wrong ones i ordered sent me Real Ox flavour with only10 days left on the sell buy date on both boxes. Should have received Pipers longhorn beef crisps. Contacted customer service and was told i had received the correct order, If i wanted to return the order i had to pay for the return postage. I asked them why the crisps i had received only had 10 days left on the sell buy date. They never responded to my question. If you want to spend your money on end of date products then this shop will be great for you. See attached photos.”

“I have placed 3 orders with OPS to date. Each time I ordered quite a wide variety of products and was very pleased to see the orders were fulfilled accurately. Several of the chocolate bars were received broken, but this was no big deal as, at the end of the day, you break up chocolate bars to eat them anyway! The products were fresh and had substantial sell-by dates on them. I have deducted a star because they seem to have changed their courier. I always use Premium delivery (1-2 days). Usually they are delivered by Evri and come within 1 day, but the last order was delivered by Amazon shipping - who used Royal Mail - so, of course, they took the full 2 days. Not what you want during a heatwave!”

“First off sweets are great, quick order, but customer service is shocking I received my parcel via my neighbour who took my parcel in for me. DELIVERY driver left no card as to say where it was no communication as to when it would be delivered either, have ordered before no problems. So was not happy by the attitude of customer service this time.”
