“Company good in the past with my orders but this time the box of cheese and onion discos were very dry and stale tasting even though they were in date and was told to sort it out with the company myself which I didn’t think was very acceptable but I will continue purchasing from them just not discos”

“I have placed 3 orders with OPS to date. Each time I ordered quite a wide variety of products and was very pleased to see the orders were fulfilled accurately. Several of the chocolate bars were received broken, but this was no big deal as, at the end of the day, you break up chocolate bars to eat them anyway! The products were fresh and had substantial sell-by dates on them. I have deducted a star because they seem to have changed their courier. I always use Premium delivery (1-2 days). Usually they are delivered by Evri and come within 1 day, but the last order was delivered by Amazon shipping - who used Royal Mail - so, of course, they took the full 2 days. Not what you want during a heatwave!”

“please add FRAGILE. tape around parcels that contain biscuits as the last two deliveries half the packets were damaged in some way not your fault as they were well packed and the damage was done in transit but the tape will help. !”

“I bought crisps that had less than a week left to go on the best before date, customer services palmed me off with they’ll still be good for another few weeks. It wasn’t just one bag of cf crisps, I’d bought several packets meaning I had to eat them quickly to avoid staleness setting in. I was disappointed about the dates and response received from customer services. Otherwise all is good.”

“Ordered three items. They packaged it poorly but items arrived. Hardly any damage. For me the delivery took longer than expected but it got here in the end. I had to contact company as thought a box of chocolate bars was missing. But it was not they had opened up the crisp box and stuck them in there to move about in.”

“A trip back to the happy days of real sweets. Great value. Delivery is not all that good. Delivered by Hermes/Evri who have got to be the worse delivery Company. My parcel was left with a neighbour. Had I not signed up for notifications I wouldn't have had a clue as no card was left telling me otherwise. That's why Hermes are cheap. Read the online reviews of Hermes/Evri, all one star”
