“I didn’t get the photo from Hermes and their safe place was too good to find (I instructed neighbour delivery). Contacted £1 sweets and was just given loads of negativity saying it was all my fault. I wasn’t after any freebies just acknowledgment that they’d spoken to Hermes as my item was soaked through and not fit to give as a gift. Pretty amateur.”

“I live in Australia and my Mum is in the UK. I bought her some of the pink shrimp (10 packets), as these are her favourite. It was so easy to use the website and my Mum was over the moon with her gift. There was also a bank holiday weekend sale on a few weeks later, where I ordered her some more (20 packets). Delivery was so quick and easy. Will definitely be ordering again and again, the only downside is there no shipping to Australia (my own fault for moving here 😂).”
