“Did two separate orders. One arrived. One didn’t. Had to wait nearly a month from the time of ordering to get a refund. Terrible customer service. Took so many messages just to get told I had to wait ANOTHER 14 days as the tracking had been updated to say yet again (previously updated saying delayed) there was a delay with my parcel so policy is the 14 days wait for a refund starts again! Won’t be ordering from u again”
