“Order didn’t arrive, they won’t refund me My order didn’t arrive. When I contacted them they told me it was tracking as delivered and left in my bin last week. They refused to refund me as they said it’s my responsibility to check my bins for parcels. I didn’t even know it had been despatched as no emails from them. They were so rude to me . Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced.”

The parcel was shown as delivered we have no other evidence to suggest otherwise. The customer's email address has been used 19 times on 19 different orders to 19 different addresses with 19 different names on our website over the past 2 years ... so this is suspicious in itself.

“I'm currently getting the monthly subscription & the array of sweets they send is not bad, the only problem for me is I think the amount. The description says between £10 to £14 of sweets per box but I felt this months box was lacking that by a lot.”
