“In 2023 I was given a discount code which entitled me to free delivery, but when I placed my first order in 2024 the code didn't work. I don't think anyone appreciates loyalty anymore. I've made some orders already this year hoping that a new code might be sent, but not yet?”

“I can't oraise One Pound Sweets enough. I've brought numerous sweets from them, that I used to buy & eat as a child (that I couldn't find in the shops), with each sweet I was transported back to my childhood & such fond memories of family holiday's, christmas, etc with my parents (who are now deceased) & my siblings. They post out really quickly & the sweets are securely packed too. I have recommended them to my family & friends as a 'nostalgic treat'. I will keep buying from One Pound Sweets. * One idea/Suggestion I have though - perhaps One Pound Sweets could start a 'points reward system', for loyal customers who buy regularly from you? For instance, customers could exchange so many points for a free packet of sweets, etc? My local shop does this & it's a huge hit with regular customers & an incentive for new customers to buy too...”
