“My partner LOVES iron bru sweets! Haven't been able to find them anywhere! Was a last minute present for his birthday and they still managed to get here in time! Quick delivery. sorry for the delay in your order getting to you, we have replied to every support ticket and done all we can to get the parcel moving and we can see it is still active as of today 20th - https://www.myhermes.co.uk/track#/parcel/C00HHA0105917880/details our refund policy is clear and requires 14 days of no movement on the tracking system before a refund can be issued as parcels can be found and delivered weeks later, as will be the case here. we do offer faster and more reliable delivery methods which you were free to choose if this was a Christmas gift rather than the slow cheaper option.
