Very poor service, purchased a digital card to send as a gift, payment taken, no card provided due to technical issues. order placed last week, only today did I receive an email to advise a refund would take up to 7 days. what a joke. Will not be ordering again. no customer care at all. AVOID!!!!!!!

Thieves. My elderly mother had £95 stolen from her gift card. Apparently she had made purchases 20 miles away at Footlocker. Had to get crime number from police to proceed with investigation. Still awaiting refund.

Bought cards for my two nephews just so they spent 4hours trying to use them. One4all refused to refund telling me it's not their problem, their complaint page doesn't exist (error404 page not found). It's clearly scam

Do not use this service, had £50 card that was defective, was first told a replacement card would be sent, after 2 weeks nothing, so rang again told they would send a refund, 3 weeks later still nothing, every time I ring I get a different excuse, thinking this is a large scale scam

AVOID, after 4 months of TRYING to spend online, I applied for a refund ! 2 months later, 16 emails and weekly calls to customer services, 4 uploads of utility bills and my driving licence and to the cost of £7.
