These people only care about sales and does no care at all if they deliver broken items!!! Almost two weeks now, trying all their communication channels and threatening this post specifically, they just don't care.
They only drive sales through every aspect possible and seemingly provide great service when closing sales, but NOTHING is done when they screw it up!!!!

“Not only did my order take extremely long even with their closure over the holidays, but when it arrived without any warning, one of the items (that cost almost R400) was not part of the delivery. It was scratched out on the delivery note and signed by I assume the packer, but I have had no communication from them whatsoever about it (or anything else for that matter), and don’t even think about getting hold of them! I have tried every possible way there is (email, Whatsapp, Messenger, phone) to no avail. I am so frustrated at this point and wish I never tried them out. Steer clear if you don’t have money to throw away!”
